You can book our tours in several ways: through our website using the "Book Now" button, by calling our contact number, by sending an email to jhorajitour@gmail.com or by visiting any of our offices. For large groups, we recommend contacting us directly to get special rates.

Our cancellation policy allows a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows on the day of the tour are non-refundable. In the event of adverse weather conditions, you can reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund.

We recommend bringing: sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat or cap, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, footwear suited to the type of tour, a swimsuit (for water tours), a towel, a camera and cash for purchases or tips. For certain tours, we'll send you a detailed list of what to bring when we confirm your booking.

Most of our tours include pickup and drop-off at hotels located in the main tourist areas. When you book, we'll confirm whether your accommodation is within our coverage area. For locations outside these areas, we can arrange transportation for an additional fee or set up a convenient meeting point.

Yes, we offer guided tours in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Russian. When booking, you can specify your preferred language and we'll do our best to assign you a guide who speaks it. For less common languages, we recommend booking in advance to ensure a suitable guide is available.

We accept multiple forms of payment: credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers and cash (at our offices only). For online bookings, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable up to 24 hours before the tour or in cash on the day of the activity.

Many of our tours are suitable for families with children. Each tour's description lists the recommended minimum age and difficulty level. We offer tours designed specifically for families, with activities adapted to different ages. For the little ones, we also have childcare options on some adventure tours that require more physical effort.
